Patient Participation Group

Here at Kingsbury Road Surgery we have a Practice Participation Group (PPG). This is a group of patients that works with the practice to:

  • Contribute to the continued improvement of our services
  • Improve communication between the surgery and our patients
  • Help patients take responsibility for their own health
  • Provide help and support to implement change

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. We hold meetings every few months where we discuss key issues affecting the surgery and how you as patients can help.

For those who cannot attend the meetings the person we are setting up a virtual patient representation group (VPPG) so that you can have your say. We will send you some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys short so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.

We aim to gather as many patients as we can from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

If you wish to become a member of our PPG, please complete the registration form.
