Prescription ordering
Help us to help you, remember it is your responsibility to make sure you have enough medications over Christmas. The surgery requires a minimum of 48 hrs to process your prescription request and send it to your nominated pharmacy and during busy period such as Christmas this can take longer.
Please ensure you plan ahead and request your prescriptions early for over the Christmas period. Please note requests for repeat medications received after 20th December will not be guaranteed to be ready for collection for Christmas.
